By accessing and using "MatchNova," you agree to the following Terms of Use:

"MatchNova" is the property of SuperNova Lab Limited, and all rights to the game content, including intellectual property and trademarks, are owned by the company. SuperNova Lab Limited hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the game solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. Eligibility

4. Prohibited Jurisdictions

Residents of the United States of America, China (Mainland), Cuba, Crimea and Sevastopol, Iran, Afghanistan, Syria, North Korea, and Antigua and Barbuda are not permitted to play "MatchNova."

SuperNova Lab Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the game, or any portion thereof, at any time and without notice. SuperNova Lab Limited also reserves the right to terminate your access to the game, or any portion thereof, at any time and without notice.

In no event shall SuperNova Lab Limited, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including without limitation, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of "MatchNova," whether or not SuperNova Lab Limited has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Anti-Cheating

SuperNova Lab Limited is committed to providing a fair and competitive gaming experience for all players. Any attempt to cheat, hack, or exploit the game or its features will not be tolerated, and SuperNova Lab Limited reserves the right to take any measures necessary to prevent such activities. If cheating is found, SuperNova Lab Limited reserves the right to confiscate any assets earned by the cheating player.

12. Prohibitions

You are prohibited from using "MatchNova" for any purpose that is unlawful or in violation of these Terms of Use. In particular, you are prohibited from:

(a) Engaging in any criminal offense, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity;

(b) Promoting or inciting violence, hatred, or discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, gender, religion, or any other characteristic protected by law;

(c) Engaging in or promoting sexual abuse, exploitation, or harassment of any kind;

(d) Hacking, cracking, or otherwise attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system, network, or data;

(e) Faking, impersonating, or misrepresenting any information, including but not limited to your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.

SuperNova Lab Limited reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against any user who violates these prohibitions, including but not limited to reporting such conduct to law enforcement authorities and cooperating with such authorities in the prosecution of any criminal or civil proceedings.

In addition, SuperNova Lab Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to "MatchNova" if you violate any of these prohibitions or engage in any other conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate, offensive, or harmful to other users or to our business operations.
